View Full Version : Gorgeous little long hair frame

Thought some of you would get a kick out of this. Sorry if it doesn't belong here but I just wanted to share something I just came across when decluttering a drawer.

It's a little photo frame of a lady with super long hair that actually makes up the frame. I seem to have lost the back part to hold it up but I'm sure I can rig something up and just use some plastic as the "glass".

How cute is this? I loved it then and I love it again now.

That is beautiful! I sometimes go on ebay and look for long hair statutes (mainly brass) and there are some good ones there.

Ohhhhh, that's nice! You could even attach magnets to the back with some hot glue and put it on the fridge or any metal surface. Or hot glue some of these jagged teeth looking things that allow you to hang it on a nail, then you could display it anywhere! It doesn't have to be used as a picture frame, it is beautiful as it is. :)

I just realized, you could probably hang it on a a nail as is.

That's lovely. I agree, it doesn't need a picture in it. It's quite lovely as an ornament in itself.

That is really pretty. I agree with everyone else that it looks great on it's own. I would hang it in just the right place :). It's like a celebration of beauty, hair, woman.

I agree that the piece is beautiful by itself, maybe a photograph would "overload" it's beauty.. but looking in another way, it would be perfect to frame a long hair photograph of yourself, very unique :)

I had quite forgotten about this thread - sorry guys. It looks like a dull silver but I'm sure it's not. I'm not really good at my metals so I'm not sure exactly.
