Very cute and inspiring!!! I need to practice more updos. I also need to grow more length while I'm at it.;)

Dang! I don't have that much thickness! If I tried 2 buns, they'd be pathetic

Those are nicely done! I remember trying to do two nautilus buns like that, but with my current length/thickness combo it felt like the back of my head either didn't have quite the real estate that I hoped it would for the style or that I needed to adjust how I was doing it. That and I gave up pretty quickly. :silly: I love trying out (and especially liking) new styles.

I love them especially the cinnamon ones. Ive been getting horrible headaches as my hair has got suddenly heavy, I wonder if this would work for me. thanks for sharing.

Yes they really are lighter. I, too, have been getting some headaches from one big bun. Much to my surprise these don't hurt. I think it's because I don't have to use such heavy duty tools to hold them up or I don't have to wrap it as tight because they are smaller. Whatever the reason, they really feel like there is nothing on my head when I wore the 2 buns, vs the 1 bun that feels really heavy.

Looks beautiful, fancy and casual all together! And your shade of brown is very pretty, if I might add! :flower:

Looks great! Sometimes I need reminders that I can just do a simple alteration of something and have a whole new style.

why yes they are :) I just learned to knit last year, after a couple of years crocheting, now I love both. Plus the tools have multiple uses!

Oh I also played with this style and put one on each side of my head, kinda high up but I didn't get a pic of that. Maybe I'll do that later today. I felt a little childish (I am 34 after all!) but cute. Kinda anime looking, or padme bun looking. I mean I only get to live once, so why not have fun with your hair. I did go out like that and nobody looked at me weird lol
