:) Yes I think you CAN! :) Your bottom layer that curls up a bit is at waist! Good growth and you have beautiful colour1

Thank you all for the lovely comments! :blossom: Sooo glad I am finally at waist! I use Loreal super blonde to lighten my roots, then use loreal natural blonde to tone it down a bit! Roots ONLY....of course!! :)
