I just started the KMSSM hair routine and I've gotten really good results. My hair is shinier and feels a little bit silkier but I'm not sure if it's enough moisture for my hair. It says i shouldn't use anything else so I don't coat my hair in buildup but would this ruin my hair if i only use the coconut shampoo?

I used conditioner after oil-shampoo with no problems.

Some people in the thread (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=65063) were getting good results by diluting just a little conditioner in a couple cups of water and then using it as a rinse, but I just applied conefree conditioner directly to my hair, worked well for me.

Ktani's Movie Star Shampoo Method - adding coconut oil to shampoo.

You can read more about it in the link Roseate gave. :)

Oh yes, I'm familiar with that one. I thought it was called the Oil Shampoo method - hadn't realised it had a more official name - lol.
