How often to EVOO

I EVOO'd yesterday for the first time, but only for an hour (just to be safe). Wow, that sounded dirty. Anyhoo, how long should I (or do you) leave it in your hair? And how often do you do it... The EVOO. Get your minds out of the gutter, hehe.

When I EVOO, I leave it on over-night. I braid it back and let it soak in. I have yet to use it during the day!

I tend to do an overnight EVOO once a week, more if I have the time!

I try to evoo once a week also. I mix it with coconut oil and caster oil. I do it during the day when the kids and DH are at school and work. I try keep it in for at least four hours or more and co wash to get it out.
