Hair Shake

I've been obsessed with making shakes for my hair the past month. Here is a great link for one:

Also, you can add anything you might think will benefit your hair. I added Aloe Vera Juice, Bee Pollen, Rasberries & Wheat Grass.

It sounds good, though I question whether calcium does much for hair (I thought it was protein for hair, calcium for bones)....
