Hi again, LHC!

Thanks so much to AuburnTresses for her post on the beautiful hairstyle she discovered on-line~ if you haven't seen her post yet, here is a link to it: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=69116


I attempted this look today~ my hair is too long for the beautiful messy bun the girl in the original pictures has, so I just made a loose bun at the nape of my neck. At first I tried something a little higher, but it just wasn't working for me today for some reason. Anyway, here are some pictures:

Beautifully done, Arc691, although I like buns placed higher on the head. Your hair clip is charming!

That's beautiful! Now I have to try it. I saw it before and was wondering what to do with the extra braid (in the original she just tucks them behind her ear, but that doesn't work for longer hair) - do you just wrap the tails of the braids into your bun?
It really is lovely. Good job!

Oh my. Inspiration! I've been getting a little stagnant after 33 days of up-dos. (I have found favorites and tend to re-do them until they get boring!)

I had to laugh a little at the tutorial, however, when it said
[model] has extremely long and thick hair, . She has gorgeous thick hair, it's true, but I think the superlative "extremely" belongs to you!
