I am a guy FYI

so yesterday I got out of the shower my hair was wet so I decided what the hell and practice braiding again

I did this first shot

I didn't have any hair ties with me at the time thats why the tassle is so crappy

still I am pleased

but it is so much easyer to braid when hair is wet though

That's awesome! See what a little practice does for you? Once you master that then you can move on to french braids and buns ;)

Great! Just takes practice and patience! :D

Well done! It's true a little practice goes a long way. It looks great and before you know it you can make it a regular style or something to switch up the status quo with.

i remember my first decent braid.. isnt it a great feeling? :)

Very nice! I predict that you will have it perfected in less than a week. Once you learn it, that muscle memory is an amazing thing.

Agreed on the muscle memory thing. Braiding is like riding a bike... you'll be a bit wobbly at first but once you get it, you've got it. The challenge for most people is usually getting it smoothly over the shoulder and keeping the strands in the right order.

Looks good!

Well done!! The braid looks really good. Keep practicing and before you know it you will be a pro at braiding.

Looks good! Too bad you didn't have any hair ties. Also, I agree, braiding wet is easier, I think.

Nice job! Once you've mastered that there are so many variations to try as well!

Hey, that's a nice braid! The sections are nice and even..(after years, I'm still workin' on that one, so kudos!)

Your chunks are so much more even than I can get mine! Awesome AW.
