Perhaps this is an outrageous question, but I was wondering if there is anything (like for example paprika) that I could add to my honey treatments to slowly start introducing some more reddish tones in my hair. I have thought about henna, but I'm not sure that I'm ready for such a commitment. I don't really want to do commercial temp color.
So, would paprika work? Or is there something else that would work better?

Hibiscus will redden your hair and will wash out with your next shampoo! :-)

Awesome...Just one more stupid question. How does one use/where does one get hibiscus?

A lot of herbal teas have hibiscus as the major ingredient. Check the red/raspberry teas, especially. If you want pure hibiscus, you might need to order online.

I got hibiscus at Nature's - maybe try there, or Trader Joe's or even Whole Foods...
