It's my 1 year "hair anniversary"!

Now, technically, I'm 10 days late. I joined LHC last year, on April 3, when I was finally dedicating myself to purposefully taking better care of my (admittedly already-fairly-long) hair. Although I haven't been as active these last few months thanks to a very busy school year, I still drop in and read and gain information. :) Thanks to all the helpful LHC members!

And today, with freshly-washed locks! One year of LHC help and direction and lovely, long, first-goal-reached hair. :) A little over 36 inches, which was the goal I set when I first joined last year. New goal? 40 inches. :)

I've had a few trims the last year, to cut off some damage, but I've babied it along and pampered it and am pretty happy. I can't wait to see what the next year brings!

When I said I've had trims, I mean I've had 2 or 3 VERY small (1/2 inch) trims. :) My hair has always grown very, very fast. Used to drive my mom crazy when she tried to give me a bob in elementary school. :)

Sadly, I haven't bought anything for my hair in some time. I just got some bonus money from work, and I think it may be time. :)
