I did my first ACV rinse yesterday! I used 1 tablespoon ACV in 3/4 cup of water. Though I don't see any huge difference in my hair yet. I am planning to try this once a week. Good luck :)

I eyeball it, as well. But it looks to me to be about 2 tbsp in 2 cups of water.

I just pour the ACV in a measuring cup, and when I get in the shower, I let the shower head fill it up to the 2 cup mark and then dump it on me. :)

ETA: How often? Every other day or every three days, usually.

1 tablespoon in 20 oz. water, but my water is pretty soft to start with.

I eyeball it.

It is about 3 to 4 tablespoons in about 5 to 6 cups of water.

I adjust the ratio depending on what my hair feels like it needs that day.

I usually do 1 tbsp for each 1 cup of hot water and I add some herbs too ... like rosemary ... let the mix cool before I rinse my hair with it! It makes my hair so soft =)

I eyeball it too! I use about an inch in the bottom of a water bottle and then fill it up. Very technical. lol. I adjust for scalp and weather issues as needed. I do it every day (CO washer), but I have really really hard water. My scalp loves it. But since I do it every day, I cover the ends with condish when I'm just doing, you know, a quickie rinse.

Approx. 1 teaspoon per pint. I used to measure but now I don't have any pint glasses and am using a glass that is maybe 1/3 pint ... so I eyeball it and use the bottle cap to measure the ACV. I leave it in.

I use it after every wash unless I'm being super lazy/rushed. So, about every 5 days or so. If I get overheated/sweaty I sometimes do WO in between my actual hair wash days and I'll often finish those with an ACV leave-in too.
