I'm looking into getting a herbal recipes book that covers hair and skincare particularly and that uses ingredients sourced in uk or at least europe. I was thinking of rosemary gladstar's but apparently the herbs and ingredients are hard to source outside the US. Have you got a favourite uk herbalist's book you use regularly?
