A little help please and thank you?

Hey, so sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I can't seem to change my profile pic. I tried the same way I did it before, resizing a pic, saving it, then uploading it, and it keeps saying upload failed. I also tried copying the link from flickr, and it said invalid file.
I haven't changed my pic since before Christmas, can anyone help?

Could someone at least point me in the right direction? Is there a help forum? I typed Profile picture into search but I didn't find what I needed.

HM not sure what you mean, that just brought me to the control panel. I know where to go to change profile pic but it's not accepting any of my photos. Can you maybe use ones from your album on here?
