Hi, I have been looking for ways to put my hair up, it is not too long yet, but I just don't want to stress my hair too much. It's not long enough to get a good braid in it, and I haven't quite figured out braiding my own hair yet. I found this easy bun 'do', but she teases her hair a little(not tons), and I wonder if it would be bad for my fine textured hair. I think my hair would be long enough to do this.
If you think it is not a good one for me to do, do you have any other suggestions/links?
Thank you SO MUCH in advance:D

Any amount of teasingis bad for your hair. You are going against the grain of the cuticle and that isn't good.

With your length of hair, I would imagine a half up would be do able.

I think you could get away with doing this style without teasing...Actually, it looks to me like a small sock-bun. She just uses a scrunchie instead of a rolled up sock.

Agreed; it's just a small sock bun. :) I'm sure you could do it without the teasing (and without the damage!).

Ok, if I do this I will NOT tease. I don't think my hair would like it!
