I love to dye my hair, and since I dye it dark, I sometimes need to bleach or use color removers. Since they're not so good for my hair, it can be kind of annoying when it gets dry.
I generally deep condition every day, using a deep conditoner for 2 minutes, after my regular conditioner. My hair is fine so I need to wash it at least 5x a week.
Today I used Aussie 3 minute miracle and was blown away! My hair is soft, but NOT flat! When I used to use Neutorgena triple moisture, my hair was moisturized but flat. You guys should get this!

Ha. That's actually an old favorite of this site. Some refer to it as 3MM.

It doesn't work for me, my hair felt pretty awful and limp afterwards. My hair does not do well with cones. It's so much better now that I know this !

You should post your review in the reviews section so when others are looking for a deep treatment they'll see your review there too! :)

I used to use that religiously in the 80's... a loooong time ago. I should pick some up again.
I was looking for Milk Plus Six the other day. It was a shampoo/conditioner combo I used in high school that I adored.
Le sigh... at least Aussie Mega is still around.

The last time I tried Aussie, my entire scalp broke out. Red and very itchy.. I avoid it now. :(

Same here. Plus there looks to be protein in it which is a big no no for my hair.

I absolutely LOVE 3MM. I've used other, more expensive, salon brand deep conditioners and nothing compares to 3MM. It really is a miracle

I have used this before, and I have been trying to go without cones, but I just can't do it. My roots do fine, but the length that has the damage just wants to have its cones. I used the 3mm today, and it is still drying, but I can already tell it has a lot more moisture than it has had in a while. I guess I just have to stick with the cones, can't get my fingers through it any other way. Sooo Cones it is. I have always loved this conditioner, it is awesome and as always it smells great, like all aussie products.:joy::thumbsup:

Never got a good result from it. But I love the smell...in fact I love the smell of most Aussie products.

When I was bleaching my hair my hair loved 3mm as well :) I used the one with the orange writing not the deeeeeep one, but my sister uses the deeeeep one and she loves it. They smell really good, are only like 3$ and actually work.

Throwing in another rave: I CWC, and use 3MM for the second conditioner. Smells great, and my hair loves it! I need it to combat swimming in saltwater pools.

I used to use 3MM all the time when I was younger and had longer hair. Worked great! Now I'm thinking of picking some up while I'm at the store today...

Good Golly Miss Molly! I looooooove that stuff! I haven't see anyone on here yet that really use the stuff until now. It makes my hair so soft and shiny! :D

I love this, but it doesn't have that 'grapey' smell like other Aussie products do. Instead it has a faint floral/vanilla scent to it. I get the Deeeep one, there are 2 kinds, one is called Sydney Smooth, I forget what the other one is called. I also love the packaging, how you just squeeze and it comes out the bottom. Very handy! My hair always feels amazing after I use this.

I am very much a fan. It's cheap, detangles like none other, and smell like pina colada to boot! :D

Add me to the list of fans. :)
It's very moisturizing and doesn't have protein which is great cuz my hair doesn't usually like protein.
I always keep some around but can't use it consistantly because of the scent. Don't get me wrong, I actually like the way it smells - sweet, fruity, girly, very pretty. And the scent lasts in my hair too. However, I'm kinda sensitive to smells even if I like them. So some days I'll use it and love the scent, others I'll feel like I'm suffocating and get a migraine. :shake:
But yeah, good stuff.
P.S. I use the Deeeeep one. The Sydney Smooth one is harder to find for me and from my experience it works almost as good as the Deeeeep one and has a lighter, more floral fragrance.

Just tried it and am now letting my hair dry with some Frizz Ease.
At the moment I'm just shocked at the lack of tangles.
Will report back when my hair is dry in the morning.

I picked up some last week because it's cheap and coney! ;) I remember using it a long time ago, but this is my first time to try it post-LHC. Does it really have proteins? (goes to scour the web for ingredients)
ETA: after some investigation, it appears that the formulation has changed many times over the years. Previous ones were definitely full of proteins; the current one appears to be protein-free BUT I am finding about half a dozen different ingredient lists and have no idea which one is "right." I'd better go look at my own bottle to see; I know that if I bought it, nothing obviously protein-y jumped out at me because I was specifically looking for something protein-free. However, I have the hardest time remembering all the names proteins hide under.
