I've noticed that my hair doesn't behave like it used to and I blame the drastic difference in humidity and heat (we moved from Texas to Alaska). I'm trying new, milder products for cleaning, and using jojoba oil instead of silicone as a leave-in but it's still dry and staticky.
I know a lot of people oil-up before swimming...would that be useful when going out in the cold?
I know getting my hair wet in the snow and having it freeze is bad, but will freezing oil damage it too?
