Just curious when my hair might be long enough for a "fully rolled" sock bun? I can do the regular version, but I have difficulty with the fully rolled version.
I have layers but I don't mind if they stick out.

To get fully rolled sock bun it would have to be a APL or around there because you need a sorta long ponytail

I would agree that APL would be a good length to start doing the fully rolled sock bun. I think you'd need to be able to do at least 2 full rolls in order to keep it from falling out. What happens when you try it now?

I just tried it and my APL (almost bsl, really--but I'm ridiculously short) hair can keep it in fairly nice. I hadn't heard of it before, so thanks for introducing me!
