how to unsubscribe from 78 threads?

Hi each time I visit a thread I automatically become subscribed, I cant remember how I did it and I would like to take off that setting but I'm not sure how to. Can anyone help me with this?:confused:

Click on "User CP" near the top of the page on the left. :)

I know how to unsubscribe from a thread, but I want to know how to change the setting because each time I visit a thread I automatically become subscribed to it and I don't want to subscribe to every thread I click on.
