sorry if there is already a post. I've tried for two days at two different houses to search this question but it kept telling me to add the website to the whitelist.

Anyway I went swimming yesterday and my cap broke so I swam without any protection on my hair.

How can I heal my hair from that swim and how can i protect it in the future? oils, leave in conditioners? thanks :)

Clarify to remove chlorine, A deep conditioning treatment and oiling. A leave in conditioner probably would help as well. Also oiling before swimming helps to protect it. I have also read that rinsing your hair before swimming helps so there is less room for the chlorine to soak up.
