It seems like hair nets might be a great air drying tool, holding frizz down. Has anyone tried this?

I used to wear hair nets for work, years ago, but they always made my hair look bad.

Seems like would make drying take a lot longer though?

:) OK ... I tried it.
And I have to say that it might work better for people that don't have fine hair. My hair ended up FLAT!! NO volume what so ever and worse, the frizzies were sticking out of the net. Little suckers found their way out somehow :rolleyes:

But it did give my hair a kind of uniform unity, so if I had a little bit more hair where I wasn't concerned about volume it would look nice.

I use a hair net every time I blow dry. For air drying, I simply comb my hair into place and let it be.

During blowdrying, a hair net keeps my hair from looking like I'd been through a windtunnel. :silly: I detangle, part my hair, wait a few mins, then put a hair net over it, and I blowdry. Works nice.

It does flatten hair if you use some heavy-duty leave-ins or if your hair is sopping wet when you start.

I love hair nets. I use them to keep updo's secure.
I especially like the thick sleeping nets.

I tried it, it definitely reduces frizz but hair dries forever.
