My shed hairs have a white bulb attached at the end. I've always thought this was normal and that it meant my hair wasn't breaking off mid-shaft.

Is it normal?

Yes, that's normal. It's just the root of the hair (not sure if that's the technical term lol). If it was breaking you wouldn't get that end.

That what I thought but on another site I read it was a bad thing.
Thanks!

Each little bulbed (is that a word?) hair is probably just at the end of it's growth cycle. In a few more months you will have some new little hairs growing up to take their places! You are normal!

I think it is normal, and I used to shed A LOT. When I stopped using shampoo and and went to CO, my shedding drastically reduced.
