Hey! I've actually visited this site many times from the recommendation of a friend (Angellen), and have only recently made an account.
In truth, I feel I'm a little bit 'ahead of the game' in terms of newbness, since I was given a glorious gift of poo bars and have been on a routine of poo bars (upon learning the frightening thing that is SLS, thus attempting to stay away from detergent shampoos) and an ACV or white vinegar rinse for awhile. However, I am really looking forward to experimenting with new techniques and ways to be more gentle with my hair (I do treat it roughly, sometimes:rolleyes:). I want to see if I can accomplish the goal of having both healthy and long hair.
