Hello!
I'm so glad I've discovered the LHC! I've been lurking here for about a month by now and have already found so many fantastic ideas (and expecting much-much more in the future)!
The reason for my being here is not that my hair would be in a bad condition - actually it might be in the best condition it has ever been - but that I'm firmly determined to keep it that way.
I truly wish I had found this place years ago when I managed to destroy my perfectly healthy TBL/nearly-Classic hair, out of sheer ignorance. I lost almost half of the thickness and eventually had to cut it to APL. Well, APL isn't exactly short, but it's the shortest my hair has ever been (had "bra-strap length" before I knew what's a bra). It's been around BSL for quite a while by now (and all the damage ancient history), forgotten in some bun, but lately I've discovered to my great surprise it's nearing Waist again (only a couple of inches to go for the longest strands), so I think that's a pretty realistic goal for 2011 for me (and perhaps one day I might even get MY hair back again)!
