My ultimate hair goal. I love the beautiful waves and length. Obviously her hair is all extensions. But who says I can't achieve it naturally?!

this is my hair now

My hair from collar bones downis actually permed and not as healthy as my natural hair as you can see the top is very shiny and soft looking.

Any advice on how to speed up growth, any products I should use, or pretty much anything is greatly appreciated :) thankkssss

I couldn't see your facebook photo.

Your hair will only grow so much per month (depending on your genes). Some folks here grow faster/slower than others.

If you want to achieve your goal, then the best thing you can do is treat your hair gently..i.e. no dyeing/chemical perms/hot irons/flat ironing/hot rollers/Blow drying

No backcombing/teasing.

Wearing your hair up to protect the delicate ends.
Using a silk pillowcase or nightcap
No silicones

Use a widetooth comb and detangle FIRST before brushing. Use your FINGERS, not the comb, to detangle the tangle!

No synthetic brushes.

Hair friendly elastics (no metal)

Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water.
Look into supplements

Give your ends a slight trim if they become straggly or damaged.

Don't wash the life out of your hair.
Air dry your hair

But most of all, if you want long hair, you have to be patient!! Good luck!
