I have used photoshop before, but all the colors never seem to take very well with my blonde hair.

I've been experimenting with loads of mine and other people's pics, and I've found that black hair looks good and red hair looks bad on my hair when it's straight, but red hair looks good and black hair looks bad on my curly hair. Weird.

I've actually had that colour several years ago, or at least one very similar. This picture makes me miss it.

Going lighter than my own made me look really weird and dark brown or black looked awful, but auburn and mahogany I actually thought looked quite nice.

This is so neat. I am going to have to try it. Once, I tried to make my hair 'appear' like it was shoulder length on Facebook. A couple of people commented on how nice it looked. One friend who is obsessed with the length of my hair has told me I am in competition with Cher, look like an Eskimo, and that my hair drags my face down (my hair is only a wee bit longer than BSL - that's it). This will be the best joke to play on her because she told me when she saw my pretend shorter hair, "Ha ha...I know what you did here".

ETA: Aw...my prank won't work because the hairstyles look photoshopped on my grainy low resolution photos taken by my cheapo camera.

How did you get both photos of yourself side by side on here? The best I can do is provide a link to Taaz. It opens up my original uploaded photo and then colours my hair in the colour I chose.

There's a little tab to the right above the picture where you can choose 'save to computer'. I just did that and then uploaded both the original and the made-over one to Photobucket. :)

I've been playing with this all night. Now I know what I would look like with a sort-of pixie cut, heh.

when i picked "save it to my computer" a download box appeared on the picture I had just finished. I clicked it and a standard looking computer "open/save file" came up . I clicked save then my standard computer picture files opened . I named the file then hit save. Then when I opened my file of computer pictures it was in there. If you saved it to your computer check your photos and downloads or owner files. They are probably in there somewhere.

Then I uploaded the pictures from my computer to my photobucket then added them here from my pb account.

I was hoping to see how I look with different eyebrows too because I'm contemplating getting my eyebrows done.. darnit! They had an eyebrow feature, but it didn't have any effect on mine.

What codes should a person use to get a photo to show up as a photo instead of a link? How did you get your photos side-by-side instead of having one above the other?

ETA: I think I've got it! They are too big, but I will figure out how to make them smaller. Changing hair colour is fun!

I used photobucket and looked up how to insert photos in 'search' on the LHC. It was suggested a person could use a little mountain icon for this purpose. I have seen that icon and never knew what it was for.

I usually use the 320X240 (sometimes one size bigger) on the photobucket resizer. I just click the picture itself ( not the edit button) and then when I leave the cursor on the photo(up near the top) the resize option shows up.

As for the actual photo inserting I don't use the mountain icon often... I just left click on the IMG code ( the last choice on your photobucket picture) it will briefly say "copied" in that space...then I come back to the post I'm making here then right click and choose paste and it inserts the photo into my post.

** When i do this I just keep the photobucket up on a second tab so I can switch back and forth easily.** For some reason the HTML code and mountian icon wont work well on my computer , so this way is easier for me.

I never thought I would look good with red, but I think in that color it looks pretty good. I think I do like the ash blonde the best- which is great because that's the closest to my natural color (although mine is a little lighter).
