So I ride all the time and usually will use a few ponytail holders and try and keep it contained. Is there a better way? I always have a bandanna on the top and sometimes a half helmet if that matters.

Most motorcycle shops have a thing called a hair glove...Mine is super long, black and snaps all the way up the back or front depending on how you put it in.

There is also another unit I forget it's name...I'll be right back with links.

Hair gloves online catalog...I LOVE these. https://hairglove.com/catalog/hair-gloves

Yeah I had one of the leather hair wrap things but I couldn't put it on by myself and I ride alone all the time. I will look into the hair twister.

I have found that this works great!

It really protects my hair. I pony band also on top of it down the length.

When I ride I braid my hair, use a homemade kind of hairglove thing and wear a buff.

My hair is too long for most hairgloves, so I made one. I took a rectangular piece of fabric and sewed snaps to it. Then I wrap it around my braid. I anchor it with a hair elastic at the base of my neck. Then it protects the length of my hair, and the buff protects the rest.

I wish I knew. I wear a full face helmet and now its winter I have a thin lycra- type balaclava that has helped but in summer when I can no longer wear it my hair is a disaster zone. Curly and a helmet do not go well together.

I usually have mine in one or two braids and then tuck them in my jacket. Always easy, my hair doesn't tangle and it still looks presentable when I take my helmet off. I'll sometimes wrap my braids in silk or satin ribbon if I have time to keep them a little more protected. I never have my hair loose as I'd hate it to get damaged if I came off the bike or worse if it got caught on something and put me at more risk of harm. I wear a full face helmet, I wouldn't dream of going on a motorbike without a helmet.

If I was on my computer I would link it, but Torrin Page has a video up on YouTube for braiding hair for a bike. If you look up her page on YouTube you should be able to find it.

That wrapster looks interesting. The hair twister looks cool too but I don't have enough hair yet for those. Good tips for the coming season!

I like Torrin's wrap also. I have used that too. I like the ribbon when I want to look more girly :)
