View Full Version : Hair typing?

Hello all!
Last time I posted here I showed a photo of my hair having just come out of a french braid, so it was far wavier that it is naturally. So I've done another of how my hair would be normally. This is the day after washing and drying naturally, but it had only been slept on in a normal ponytail.

I've trimmed it a little too just before doing these photos, and I do like to think the tips are past APL :p

Anyway, I can't decide what level of waviness to classify this as?

Thank you very much for the replies! I've never really hair typed before, so I was unsure if to say 1c or 2a.

Thanks :D And extra yays for getting to a good length - it looked shorter than APL in the last photos. Getting to APL is a great feeling, I'm sure the time getting there will fly by for you!
