Hair typing images no longer visible

I don't know if this goes here, or under Site Support. I've tried to see the hair typing images several times in the last month or so, but every time the images do not show up. According to the error I get trying to view the images directly the pictures say that they are forbidden.

Does anyone know if the hair typing pictures will ever be visible again?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, especially since the page with the hair typing images is not part of this site.
