So I said I would have the picture instructions for a No Tug Nape Knot. I posted written instructions but have had requests for photos for the visual learners. I've tried a few different methods, but I keep getting blue squares with question marks. I googled this problem but it still didn't seem to help. Any ideas?????

As far as I can tell you just have http:// twice in the url. Once I copied the url and erased the first http:// I was able to see the picture in another tab.

You can either type out the url and we can open the photo ourselves:

http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5050/5331364261_aca661a28e_m.jpg
http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5050/5331364261_aca661a28e_m.jpg

Or you could link the image
The page at
forums.longhaircommunity.com says:
Please enter the URL of your image:
http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5050/5331364261_aca661a28e_m.jpg

^ This is where you'd type in the url of the image above (without the url command) into the field.
Ex:

I hope this was more helpful than confusing.

Flikr is tricky, you have to right click on the image to decide what size you want. Click on the size then right click on the image again and go down to properties. Once you click that you should see the correct url. I don't know of any other way to get a url that you can link straight into a thread.

Just copy that url from properties and come here and click on the little image icon that looks like a mountian then you can paste it into the box that comes up and it will work.

I hope that helps, it took me a long time to figure that out after flikr "hid" the correct url on me.

Been searching Google and LHC boards for an hour.... no dice on photo upload that worked.
Thank you for detailing your Flickr method - it finally worked!
