So this post is a little bit late, but I'd like to celebrate my LHC anniversary!
It all started here. My first length shot in January of 2010:

It actually looked pretty good, but I was dealing with a massive shed, and didn't know how to treat my hair. I S&C approx every 3 days. It was about a 2" pony at this point...
THEN....
I chopped it...
I was so upset about the chop, I couldn't bring myself to even post a picture until almost 2 months later.

In a way, I'm glad I did it, so that I could even out my hemline...
So then I decided, after doing extensive research on the threads that I wanted to Henna!

The day after the application^
My hair at its worst was a 1.5" pony tail. I gave in and went to the dermatologist...
I have Seborrheic Dermatitis on my scalp... so! Medicated shampoo later, my shed went from 300+ hairs a day to under 100 hairs a day...I now have to wash my hair every day with medicated shampoo, BUT it's made a huge difference and I am no longer balding!

Its been a rough couple of months... I've received some *gasp!* your hair is so thin! comments, but I've learned to love and embrace my hair.
So my hair is now merrily on its way to *hopefully* waist length, here we are soaking wet:

And as soon as I get my January length shot (probably tomorrow) then I will post a dry length shot!
My pony as it stands right now is back to a 1.8". YAY:cheese:
Thank you guys for all your advice and kind words. Its been a rough year with my hair, but hopefully I'm on the way to having long, healthy hair again... :D
