We were at my mother's house yesterday having a New Year's swim (Australia) and I noticed that my hair was floating all around me. I had a moment when I couldn't remember if floating hair was healthy or damaged and there is an ad on tv right now about that.

So I asked my family, "hey can anyone remember if floating hair is healthy or damaged?" and my 9 year old son pipes up and says, " it's healthy if it floats mum because damaged hair has holes along the surface that lets the water in so it sinks"

I had to laugh and made a mental note to post it here. My 9 year old son knowing that just made my day!!! Also, having hair that floats made me feel pretty good about my hair. :cheese:
