I just found this forum last night while searching for tips on growing my hair even longer. I'm glad I found it. :}

I'm 43 years old, and recently (July 13, 2010) married. My husband is also trying to grow his hair and beard longer.

We measured my hair last night and got two different lengths. :x When I measured it (pulling my hair forward along the tape) I got 43 inches. When he measured it, he got 45 inches. Both were from the front hairline. Weird.

Anyway, this is my hair currently:

As you can see, the ends are rather scraggly since I haven't had a trim in ages. Almost classic length, though. I'm trying for at least knee length, if not longer.

Anyway, I look forward to learning and getting to know you all better. :} I really suck at introductions.

It's hard to measure your own hair because you don't have eyes in the back of your fingers ;)
