Help me with this bun, please

I found this (http://www.etsy.com/listing/64558755/hair-fork-slim-3-inch-aluminum) (link family/work safe) while looking at mairzydozy's etsy page. I already have the fork, just looking for help with the bun. Does anyone know what bun this is? Can anyone point me to a tutorial?

I am leaning towards it being a celtic knot too. I think it basically a slip knot in the hair. Mine look different each time though!
