frizzy hair questioin

I haven't changed anything in my routine for some time now and yet my hair seems to be really frizzy these past couple weeks. Does anyone have any ideas to combat it?

Probably because its winter, but then again i dont know how the weather is over there. if it is cold like winter should be then moisturize more and keep it covered if you go outside.
