Washed my hair yesterday so it's perfect for straightening today. I only heat style my hair once in a blue moon so it's ok. I wash and wear my hair wavy every day so going straight is a bit of a treat for me.

If I go wavy, I may have to wash it again and then it could frizz up on me. If I straighten I'll get more length.

Wearing a strapless floral dress and flip flops with a hibiscus in my hair on one side.

What do you think? Going in an hour and a half!!!

Here is a pic of my hair as it is right now. I'm not wearing this dress - it's just a house dress!!

Straight. It's a special occasion and it sounds like you're leaning that way already. Have fun!

Also, whenever you see hula dancers they always have gorgeous long hair, so the extra length definitely helps for the theme.

I wanna say curly, but go straight. Quicker, easier, longer!

If it's a party, it is always fun to do something a little different. If dressing up means straight, then go for straight. Sounds like fun. Enjoy.

I'd say curly in the length and smooth (gelled) on top with some flower hair toy or two. Totally straight is good, too, but if it's hot there you may get frizz - well, I do :) HTH

I would leave it as-is. Hawaiians don't have straight hair ;)
