I am looking for a deep conditioning treatment, something natural, that I can apply at night and then leave-in while I sleep. I don't have lots of time to devote to a conditioner that requires a multi-step process to complete...something simple would be best. I would like to deep condition once a week, and then shampoo/condition the next morning as normal. I use Aubrey's Organics Honeysuckle Rose right now, if thast makes a difference. I have thick wavy hair that is prone to frizz and dryness.

I do overnight deep conditioning with coconut oil. My hair loves it.

You can use your existing conditioner and make an SMT (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=128). Apply to wet/damp hair, braid, cover and ZzzzZZzzzzZzzz....

Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or perhaps Mayonnaise (though it might smell a bit in the morning it does lovely things to your hair.)
