HI
thanks so much to everybody on here for their advice.
I have been through a heartbreaking time with my hair over the last several months with breakage and have posted a few times for help
I ahve took on board what people have said and took as much care as possible.
Today I went with my daughter to the hairdressers and had foils and we were taking pictures inside and out and I cannot believe how much better it looks :)
She did use the straighteners (gasp!) which I havent used for YEARS
but my hair has behaved worse since I stopped straighteners and blow drying???
anyway
I think its recovering??
here are some pictures of my journey lately starting with how it was and the last pictures are from today with the red foils in the sun and the shine inside :)

Great hair you have!! What made your hair break actually? the second picture ,oh my, you have fabolous ends! Thick ends make hair look longer anyway or thats my vision, i cant wait till my trim in 3 months.
Great tattoos too!

Hi
It started breaking for a number of reasons, maybe the heat from moving from rainy manchester UK to sunny Brisbane, water change, likely being careless, as I am pretty rough with it and handling it poorly in the heat, trapping it in the seatbelts and pulling it out, a mix of things I guess.
I have never had to worry about it before but then my hair has never been this long before either, so I have learnt that it needs TLC at this length, the hard way!

Not at all, I haven't heat styled for over 2++ years, my hair has gone worse since stopping heat styling?
