My hair needs some extra moisture now that it's getting cold so today I decided to throw some things together that I had in my pantry:
molasses
honey
coconut oil
GVP conditioner
pumpkin pie spice (so it would smell yummy)
So here I am sitting with my hair wrapped up in a towel and gloppy stuff stuck to my head...
only.. my scalp is starting to feel kinda warm. Perhapse the spices were not such a good idea after all?

I left it on for about 15 minutes before the burning started up. My hair feels nice and silky but I'm still waiting for it to dry. :)
Edit: I'm running out here for a while but I'll post a picture here when I get back.

Maybe the cinnamon, despite it's irritation, will have helped increase circulation to the scalp?
:)
