Healthy Hair Goal Reached in 1 Yr!

I did not find this wonderful Community until September of 2010...but I have been taking hair pics for about a year...since I fried my hair and vowed I would get it back to health. I think I reached my goal!!!

What I did in the last year: I did change my diet (for health reasons but I think it had positive hair effects). I started CO washing. I stopped bleaching my hair. I started taking a multi-vitamin. I started really talking to my hairdressers and being firm about what I want and what I don't. (Yes, I had 2...and cut down to 1.) I joined LHC! I lessened my use of heat from 75% of the time to 15%. And I briefly used Monistat...which I might go back to, but it was getting expensive!!! I had my hair trimmed 4 times in the last year to get rid of the damage. I am cutting that down to once every six months now. See my profile for more info and pics. Let me know if you want anymore details...I'll be happy to share!
