Hi everyone. This is my first post. I hope I did this correctly, I searched and I did not see a topic similar to this one. Thanks. :)

I'm having a big problem with my hair at night. I am getting a lot of breakage. And it happens no matter what I do, it seems. I deep conditioned prior to sleep last night and my hair broke off more. I got a satin pillowcase and a satin cap for sleep. They help but not enough. I usually wear my hair in loose braids- but I get the breakage at the top of the hair area- like my hair catches at the crown and breaks. I've worn my hair loose also and I still get breakage and severe tangling just in different areas.

Any suggestions? What does everyone do with their hair at night? I really need help before this gets worse! Thank you!!
