Hi,
I know it's normal to shed some more after scritching and or massaging.
But I've noticed that some people have fallen hair with the bulb at the base, why is that? Also, some people seem to have sebum balls or caked sebum --- do these contribute to the bulbs at the base and are they a reason in themselves for increased shedding?
I've noticed others have shed hairs without any balls no matter how aggressive the scritching/massaging was -- any ideas?
