Megatek for Hair Growth

Can someone please explain to me what exactly Megatek is, where can I buy it, and what it does exactly to increase hair growth? Thanks!

Its a protein conditioner from what I understand typically used on animals. I bought it on Amazon (after reading the reviews on there) for me it didn't work as I wanted it to, but it did thicken my hair on the days I used it.
