I guess the thread title asks my question. I've had the unfortunate experience of having my large barrel curling iron darken my henna - and not uniformly, only on about the bottom 4 or 5 inches of my hair. That was one of the reasons for the big chop of March 09. Now that I've gotten "all the way" to nape in the back (barely below chin in front), I'm trying to come up with some different things to do with my hair during this dreadful growing-out stage. I have a set of thoses Caruso molecular steam rollers - do they get hot enough to darken henna? I sure don't wanna find out the hard way, I'm hoping to learn from someone else's mistake this time. :D Anybody have any experience or thoughts about this?
