I have a little questions RE- new growth

Ok I am noticing lots of new growth which is around 4 inches long, but the texture is coarse and wirey, when and how does it change to softer hair?

My hair is mainly baby fine but I have noticed it veering to medium since hennaering, but even before hennaering and when my hair was all virgin, I always got these coarse new hair but at some stage they turned soft!

Anybody else?

That is interesting; I always get the opposite! My baby hairs seem finer than the main body of my hair.

No idea why, but it all blends together as it grows. :shrug: Maybe someone wiser will come by!

For me my new growth is somewhat like what you describe because of my age and it's white hair coming in. :o Those hairs have a different texture than my older hair. You are not near my age though so I'm not sure.
