Silly question

So i am sorry about my silly question...but anyway :p

Well i am from Greece and i do not understand the measurements(tablespoon and coz). Can someone please tell me how much is tablespoon on a tea spoon and coz on cups or littres? I am trying to do the honey lightening :D
