I love hair sticks, I think they are awesome. So when I was at sally's I picked up some plastic ones. Unfortunately my hair is APL, layered, thick, and fine. Plus I'm completely inept at figuring out buns aside from ones I can secure with pins. BUT LOOK. I DONT KNOW WHAT I DID. BUT ITS HOLDING LIKE A ROCK AND PRETTY. Haha. :cheese: The pink clip is holding up my bangs.

It looks like a Fench twist to me - the perfect up-do for your length :)

You are adorable! I have done the exact same thing, and I've never been able to replicate my particular style yet!

Maybe a french bun? Looks like a french twist with a little bun kinda thing on top. Pretty!

I just had the same thing happen to me! I've been wishing to be able to make stick buns for a while now and I gave the lazy bun a shot and it WORKED! I can't believe it! :) :) ::happy dance::

Lovely. And a side note, holy guacamole, your hair is thick! My hair is waist length and only from BSL onwards did my French twists look that massive.

That is awesome!!

I'm forced to wear my hair tied back for work, but I'm not very good at updos so I always just have a bun held with a hair tie. I'm getting some hair sticks for christmas so I am interested in what you can do with them.

Let us know if you figure out how you did it :)
