Wow! One month growth! (Pics)

I know it may not seem like a big deal, but I think I got some CRAZY growth in one month! I didn't realize it until I saw the two pics side by side. It certainly doesn't "feel" like it's getting long but the pics prove it and it secretly makes me very happy! :)

I don't think I have any special secrets. Since I have joined LHC and decided to grow my hair long, the only thing I have been doing differently is:

1.) Taking Biotin & Silica supplements along with hair/nail supplements
2.) Using pure essential oils on my scalp. Sometimes I use pure neem oil on scalp too.
3.) I have been eating more fish & shrimp (not on purpose)
4.) Using TheraNeem shampoo/conditioner and Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo/conditioner

These are just things I discovered that work for me. It is trial and error until you come up with stuff that works well for yourself. The thing I like about this board is there are so many ideas to try that I may not have thought of on my own. Sometime they work, sometimes they don't! That's part of the fun of the journey though - finding what is best for YOU!

Yes, those annoying "flippy things" that I have been cursing for a few months should hopefully turn in to nice waves eventually!

Oh, I envy you SO MUCH right now! ;) I looked at a pic of my hair from about september or something, and then one I took in november... and I don't really see any difference at all. Makes Lajsa a sad girl. :( I wish my hair grew as much as yours.
