Hey everyone.
As many of you admit, measuring hair is difficult, so I wasn't really sure when or if I got to waist length, which was my goal. So I pulled out the camera and checked, it seemed waist length, but scraggly and uneven, my last cut being six months prior at the time of my wedding. So, being broke, I googled "cut your own long hair" and followed instructions from ehow (http://www.ehow.com/how_4490484_cut-own-hair-long-cut.html) nervously, but with good results. Well a few weeks later once clean hair, the camera, and batteries were all in the same spot, and I have photos!
Without further blather, here is my hair trimmed, blowdried and brushed (it's Autumn), and loose.

Thanks everyone for helping me with my interesting hair journey. While my goal length has been reached (yay), there's a dye situation that needs to be addressed. I will say my hair health has improved since joining over a year ago and look forward to updating you when I'm 100% naturally brunette!
