Hi all!
I'm looking for a way to color my hair naturally. I'm going for a very dark brown, nearly black - but not true black, because I have an olive skin tone. Red-based, not blue based, if that makes sense. My natural color is a mousy medium-brown.
I really don't know much about henna, so is there a recipe I can use to get a very dark brown? How about coffee/tea?
Any advice at all would be helpful! Thanks so much!

I would go with indigo+henna. That will give you the darkest and most permanent results without damaging your hair. Coffee or tea would probobly not be dark enough and would wash out soon.

You could try henna from Lush. Those are mixed already to be in a specific color, so it's very easy. I used the black on once and it worked well. They have 2 shades of brown I think.
