Heat Caps

Do you have a heat cap? How do you use it?
I am planning to get one soon,and using it with deep conditioners and oil treatments.Also I may occasionaly use it to style my hair with a roller set or something.
I have no experience or expectations so I would like some feed back.Thank you.

I use a heat cap for my deep conditionings, I just put the conditioner on, cling film or shower cap on top and then put the heat cap on for a good hour. I love mine really makes such a difference when doing deep conditionings plus it feels wonderful!
